What will you learn?

(Organisatiekunde) In the Bachelor's degree program in Organizational Science, you learn to analyze, improve and change organizations. You study how people collaborate, what processes are running and how to make organizations more efficient. You develop skills in project management, change management, process optimization and leadership development. During the program, you work on real organizational issues and learn to advise on reorganizations, team development and culture change. You combine theory with practice through internships and projects at various organizations.
