Mechatronics

On Monday you start with a mechanics class. The teacher explains how forces work in machines. After that you do exercises about gears and axles. You do this together with your classmates at a work table. At the end you check each other's calculations.

On Tuesday you have electronics in the lab. You connect circuits yourself on a breadboard. A breadboard is a small board where you can click wires and components into place. Your teacher explains what goes wrong if you connect a wire incorrectly. On Wednesday you program a small robot. You use simple code to make the robot drive and stop. You work in a group of two or three students.
