Brewer

(Bierbrouwer) As a beer brewer, you oversee the complete brewing process from raw materials to finished product. You are responsible for milling malt, mashing, boiling with hops, fermenting and maturing different beer varieties according to specific recipes. You control temperature, timing and quality during each step of the brewing process and perform regular quality checks. Additionally, you maintain brewing equipment, clean tanks and pipes according to strict hygiene standards and work closely with colleagues from production and quality control to produce consistent beer varieties.
